Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of E or better is now required by law before you sell or rent out your property. They can give useful information about energy running costs and how to make a property more energy efficient.
Retrofit Assessment
If we are to meet the targets of net zero by 2050, then it is felt that we need to move away from adding single measures and move towards a ‘whole of property’ – holistic approach. This is to ensure that all elements work together. Adding on an ad-hoc basis, can often cause unexpected issues such as moisture, mould growth and overheating. A retrofit assessment looks at the property from a number of angles – Energy Efficiency – How the property is occupied – Condition of the property and ensures that the improvements work together.
Drone Photography
Using the latest drone technology, we can offer high quality (48mp) photography and video. We act in accordance with all Civil Aviation Authority rules and are fully insured. You may want to show off your property for sale, or want a memento of your home as you sell.
Home Buyer / Condition Survey
A survey report designed to reflect the condition of a traditional property. Includes many features not found in other similarly priced surveys.
The report uses a simple traffic light system to highlight condition ratings, along with photographs to clearly identify any potential issues.
