Highly recommend!
Ian was extremely thorough when carrying out our Level 2 Homebuyer Survey. His communication was excellent, and we really appreciated him spending around 45 minutes on the phone with us to talk through everything in detail.

Ian provided us with a fantastic and detailed Level 2 survey for a home in Leeds that actually ended up swaying our decision for purchasing the property, as his report uncovered MANY problems that the sellers were trying to cover up. He stuck with us for the next home we’d had an offer accepted on in Holmfirth, and actually produced an even more detailed and truly helpful survey. HomeBuyer Survey

A homebuyer survey designed to reflect the condition of a traditional property. Includes many features not found in other similarly priced home buyer surveys.

The report uses a simple traffic light system to highlight condition ratings, along with photographs to clearly identify any potential issues.

We cover all of Yorkshire. including Huddersfield, Halifax, Brighouse & the rest.

Retrofit Assessment

If we are to meet the targets of net zero by 2050, then it is felt that we need to move away from adding single measures and move towards a ‘whole of property’ – holistic approach. This is to ensure that all elements work together. Adding on an ad-hoc basis, can often cause unexpected issues such as moisture, mould growth and overheating. A retrofit assessment looks at the property from a number of angles – Energy Efficiency – How the property is occupied – Condition of the property and ensures that the improvements work together.
