What is Drone Photography?
Drone photography, previously known more commonly as Aerial photography has become more and more popular over the past few years. So much so that they have had to become regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Regulation initially restricted the ability to use drones for taking photos of property, unless it was property sat in it’s own large grounds away from any other property or people. However, as technology has advanced, it has been possible to bring down the size of drones and yet still offer amazing picture quality. The drones that we use are now so small that we are allowed to use them in virtually any situation. The only exception to this is that we cannot fly near air fields, military bases, or areas where there are ‘no fly zones’
All our operators are experienced, qualified with the Civil Aviation Authority and fully insured. All our drones are registered with the Civil Aviation Authority.
What’s the Cost for Drone Photography?
If you purchase Aerial Photography at the same time as your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), then we just charge an additional £40. This includes up to 10 images at various heights and angles, plus a 360 degree fly by video and a 180 degree panoramic image, all put on a USB stick, posted out to you after we’ve taken the footage.
We do also offer Aerial photography on a standalone basis for a cost of £50. All photos and videos are provided on a USB stick, free of any copyright.
We can take footage from virtually ground level, all the way up to 120 metres high, but you can be sure that we will find the right altitude and angles to really show off your property.
